See Southwest Florida’s finest builders showcase their best

In the quest for the perfect home, navigating through the process can be both exhaustive and time-consuming. Recent estimates from Realtor.com suggest that the average homebuyer will visit 10 homes over 10 weeks’ time before they find “the one,” sifting through digital listings, virtual tours and open houses. However, for those aspiring homeowners in Cape Coral, Florida, a more delightful and streamlined approach awaits.

The Cape Coral Construction Industry Association (CCCIA) and its twenty-eighth annual Builders’ Showcase of Homes Presented by Koogler Homes is set to commence in January. This unique event offers home-seekers the opportunity to leisurely explore a diverse array of model homes, potentially igniting the spark of inspiration for their future abodes.

Cape Coral Mayor John Gunter emphasized the inclusivity of the event, stating: “The Showcase of Homes has something for everyone, whether you’re seeking your first home or envisioning a waterfront retirement estate.”

Scheduled over three weekends (1/19-1/21, 1/26-1/28, and 2/2-2/4)

This year’s showcase will feature 30 model homes, each showcasing the distinct styles and skills of their builders.

With home designs ranging in price from $400,000 to upward of $3 million, the showcase caters to a spectrum of all tastes and budgets. Beyond the exhibited floor plans, potential buyers can collaborate with a CCCIA builder to tailor designs to their specific needs and price points.
