Introducing the Koogler Signature Series: Discover the Magic of Koogler Country

This winter we are proud to introduce our Koogler Signature series, featuring homes that start at 2200 sf under air. Long before Don was building homes with alligator skin ceilings and air conditioned lanai’s, his journey began at age of 14, working alongside his father and grandfather renovating homes using reclaimed materials from old farms. His childhood residence was an old gas station refurbished by his father, utilizing materials salvaged from those very barns. Don’s enjoyment for remodeling evolved into building new construction. By age 22 he’d already have three homes under his belt, one of them being his own. As a newlywed with dreams of starting a family, Don recognized the importance of having a place to call their own.

Don’s passion for crafting high-end homes is rooted in his desire for self-expression and personal commitment to elevate standards. At its core, this drive is rooted in the aspiration to provide people with with a home that can take pride in.
